There’s a different feel to the surroundings as you enjoy kayaking through the Mangroves of Al Thakira. Al Thakira Natural Reserve is famous for its unique fauna, and one gets to see several migratory birds, crabs, and fishes as they kayak their way through the mangroves towards the Purple Island, another fine oasis to experience kayaking in Qatar. Our Kayaking team will meet you at our allocated meeting point and take you to our kayaking field. This excursion begins with a small introduction session lead by our kayak instructor from our campsite. We will provide water and juices for every candidate before starting the trip (Please take back the empty bottle with you because the mangrove area is in the list of preservative zones). In continuation, you will have 2 hours mangrove kayaking session lead by our team.
